Booking and Payment Policy:
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total service cost must be paid through our Fresha platform. This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total amount when the service is provided.
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total service cost must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least [specify time, e.g., 24 hours] in advance. Cancellations made within this period are non-refundable.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance is to be paid at the end of the service.
No Show: If you fail to attend the appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited and considered a late cancellation.
Wait Time: The maximum wait time for your appointment is 15 minutes. If you do not arrive within this time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

Eyelash Lifting Policy
Makeup on the Lashes: Please ensure you do not attend the treatment with makeup on your lashes, if possible. This will ensure better absorption of the products and greater effectiveness of the treatment.
Duration: The treatment can take between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the specific needs of your lashes.
Sensation: During the lifting, you may feel slight discomfort or tightness, but it should not be painful. If you experience extreme discomfort, please inform your professional immediately.
Results: The initial results of the lifting are visible immediately. After the treatment, we recommend applying moisturisers to your lashes. Do not rub or press the lashes during the first 48 hours to ensure lasting results. Avoid direct steam and contact with water, such as pools or swimming, during this time.
Exclusions and Limitations:
This treatment is not suitable for individuals with certain conditions in their lashes or specific illnesses. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor before undergoing the treatment.
Results may vary depending on lash type, age, and lifestyle. The effects of the lifting are not permanent, and regular maintenance is recommended to achieve the best results.
Eyebrow Treatments – Policy and Terms
Skin Conditions:
If you have sensitive skin, irritation, or allergies in the eyebrow area, it is recommended to consult a dermatologist before proceeding with the treatment. This is especially important for tinting and waxing.
Hydration:
Please ensure that your eyebrow area is well-hydrated before your appointment to avoid any irritation.
Duration:
The treatments can take between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the service selected.
Sensation:
During the treatments, it is normal to feel some discomfort, particularly with waxing. If you experience intense pain or discomfort, please inform your professional immediately.
Laminated Eyebrows:
After the lamination treatment, avoid touching or rubbing your eyebrows for the first 24 hours. Do not expose the area to water, steam, or cosmetic products during this period.
Tint and Design:
For the first 48 hours, avoid getting your eyebrows wet with hot water, and refrain from using abrasive or exfoliating products on the treated area.
Waxing:
Avoid sun exposure and the use of exfoliating products on the waxed area for at least 48 hours. If you experience redness or irritation, apply a soothing cream.
Maintenance:
To maintain the design and colour of your eyebrows, we recommend a follow-up session every 2 to 4 weeks.
Exclusions and Limitations:
This treatment is not suitable for individuals with highly sensitive skin, eczema, rosacea, or other skin conditions in the eyebrow area. If you have any concerns, please consult with your doctor before undergoing the treatment.
Results:
Results may vary depending on skin type, natural eyebrow shape, colour, and other individual factors. Eyebrow lifting and tinting are not permanent, so regular maintenance sessions are recommended for the best results.

HAIR EXTENSIONS
To protect the quality of your experience and prevent damage to your hair or extensions, The Head Spa Perth does not accept clients with hair extensions or braids for head spa treatments.
We strongly recommend the following process for clients with extensions:
Have your hair extensions professionally removed before your head spa appointment
Attend your head spa treatment with natural hair
Have your extensions reinstalled after your treatment at your preferred salon
This ensures the treatment reaches your scalp and natural hair fully, without interference or potential damage to extension materials or bonds.
If you still wish to proceed with a head spa treatment while wearing extensions, you may do so by signing a waiver form prior to your appointment.
We encourage all clients with extensions to plan their head spa sessions around extension maintenance. Removing your extensions beforehand allows for a more effective, restorative treatment and helps protect your investment in your hair.
